During regular office hours, we welcome our clients by both appointment, and as Urgent Care/'Walk-ins' through our main entrance, which opens into spacious waiting areas. After regular Office Hours, we receive Emergency Care patients through a separate entrance, which provides the shortest access to life saving ICU equipment.

Under meticulous implementation of AVMA guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, our clients are immediately upon arrival escorted into 1 of our 9 exam rooms to optimize social distance, or are seated in designated waiting rooms for canine and feline patients respectively. To always guarantee sterile conditions for our patients, we employ 2 separate, fully fitted surgical suites, alongside our custom designed dental cabinet.  Our on site laboratory is furnished with the latest technology, as is our digital radiology and ultrasound.
