Your Deposit & Our Cancellation Policy:

La Quinta Pet Hospital upholds a cancellation policy for online appointments and we ask that you adhere to this policy. If you have to cancel your appointment we advise you call at least 48-hours prior by which:

 Your full deposit will be credited to your account if cancelled at least 48-hours prior to your appointment.

 50% of your deposit will be credited to your account if your appointment is cancelled under 48-hours. 

 There will be no credit issued to your account if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours. 

We do not offer refunds, your deposit will be a credit to your account ONLY.
